The data is flawed! Inflation numbers have changed eight times in 40 years. Food and gas are not counted. Employment data counts three part time jobs as 3X one full time. Adding people to the government payroll is the same as a tax paying company.

I’m sure you know being German, in 1922 and 1921, The country seemed to be weathering inflation quite well for most. Here's the answer for the yield curve. Once it uninverts. That's when the recession hits the longer they keep it inverted the bigger the recession / depression they will be it would be better for them to have already put us in a recession because now it could end up being a depression does this make sense. As soon as Jerome Powell starts dropping rates the recession will come or depression

I hate when guests parrot the interest rate only being 3%, it's such bs. Especially when comparing 1970's to today, because the inflation rate were calculated completely different back then. If we calculated inflation today the same way we did back then it would be closer to 10% inflation, not 3%. Would having 10% inflation change his view? Probably. You need to do a better job of holding the guest feet to the fire.
