I bought 75,000 shares of Snowline Gold at $0.41 USD. I bought 20,000 Hercules Silver at $0.13… etc. A great portfolio. I have 170 oz of gold and even more ounces of silver. I am sitting pretty…

Brian; you have it wrong. You’re still thinking the US and the Fed are the center of the universe. I’ve got bad news for you, what’s happening is that the East, primarily China is now becoming the center of the gold market with Shanghai taking over the lead in the gold market. Because of our arrogance we have forced the world to leave us and the dollar for more friendly pastures! It will take time to play out, but the US and the dollar are over like the British pound was after WW2.

As a Swede, I only trade the Lundin group's mines, mostly to avoid the currency exchange. The one outside that includes currency exchange is AYA for me, clearly worth buying. Got a lot going on . Sold 3 of my cars and converted it to physic gold, hopefully right decision. Never trust the FED.

If real estate housing is a hedge against inflation, then how can one explain comercial real estate troubles? Not too long ago comercial real estate was indestructable, even under low occupancy rates the business stayed afloat for decades, until it didn't! Think WTC 24 years ago, it was always under threat of low occupancy rate, until it came down! Today companies are defaulting on comercial real estate and I suspect some will be demolished to decrease supply, pushing the price up. Otherwise the banks will go belly up... Why can't the same happen to housing? Under the present economic paradigm, it either goes up or it comes down, but it won't stay the same, and it can't go up forever either!!

Maybe if the 1% who are sitting on $60 Trillion in wealth started paying taxes like my employees and I do we could balance the budget, fix our bridges, and start paying down the debt. Not rocket surgery.

Trump isolated us from Venezuelan and Iranian oil which did not take effect during his term because he killed demand. The Fed set the stage with artificial low rates for decades and it caught up. Blaming Biden is convenient but, he didn’t cause the problems. Nevertheless Gold is a solid hedge on the fiat paper, tax cuts for decades did not bring prosperity, it’s a simple solution- the rich need to pay up and get the deficit down. We need to get rational value for public spending. Restore Glass Steagall and let the bad investors fail.

Why are people fixated on the price of gold & silver ? It does not matter what the price of gold is when the SHTF. Why, because it has a 2nd party factor to it. In other words, if I need to buy food for my family and all I have is gold I must get dollars to buy food. That means, I must find someone that will exchange my gold for dollars that they have accumulated. But, why would they depart with inflated dollars for gold if they too need food for their family ? They will not do it. You cannot buy food with Gold & silver in the USA.

Read your history of stagflation, and how silver and gold fared with people who had it during World War I and II. Also, how they fared after the wars came to a stop who still possessed it. 40% of Germans hold gold today because of generational memories.

Noy sure what the infatuation is with a phrase of "stagflation". I may have nice ring as it harkens back to the "olden days". We are not in stagflation. This is a lot worse...we are in an inflationary recession.

I think the "gold market" is a lil bit smart but WAY behind. Russian and Chinese leaders are WAY ahead of the narrative. I am converting one ounce of gold into as many silver ounce that we can get. We are all in a challenging time. I am doing as best as I can for my family.

Everyone sell silver at $50.00 - But crapcoin goes to $72,000.00 ? A bold prediction ; however not necessarily an accurate one . Especially since we are in a global silver deficit four years in a row now .

You think it’s bad now ? Just wait, agricultural production costs are exceeding what the market will bear for leafy greens in the Salinas Valley in central ca. I know this as I an equipment vendor . One of my top clients who shall rename nameless and runs about an $800 million a year annual operation throughout California has told me that this is the worst that he’s ever seen it in the 44 years that he has been running the company.. they are laying people off left and right and it is not headline news. I just don’t understand it.. personally, we have seen our projected revenues down 36% through the end of this year

Depositors have no way of knowing their bank is unsound. In fact, there is no really sound bank because of the way banks function. The only real solution is non-leveraged banking. see Kotlikoff "Jimmy stewart is dead, limited purpose banking"
