quick question, how are your stats so high for your characters? Is it just from maxing jobs and equips or is there something I'm missing?

So I'm guessing after the game is finished or when you unlock Kiryu in chapter 3 I'm guessing you can switch out Ichiban with Kiryu as the team leader

Not quite. They are each the protagonist in their own area. At the end of the game you can have full party control except who is the protagonist of that specific area must remain in the party

@@purplatypus7405 oh ok so for if I want to go to Japan Kiryu is the leader of that area and Ichiban is the second to his command or 3th and 4th and if I want to go to Hawaii Ichiban is the leader

i would put great goddess ikaka as gear for kiryu and seal of flames ex as they both increase damage of fire attacks and essence of the dragon god is a fire attack

Is it possible to do a female substitution spam for random buffs with mp sustain and female nuker?

I don't think so since it counts as taking a turn so the buffs would likely fall off unless you get lucky.

I think pryomancer on kiryu might be better especially with the weapon that boost attack with every enemy kill.

No need for that weapon imo you can basically get full attack from summons and just kill everything in 2 attacks
