Wow, I've wondered for decades what this was and where I knew it from! I only recently came across it as the 60s World in Action theme (which I doubt I'd have encountered before), and thanks to this I now have the title and know how it wormed its way into my memeory. 70s Freewheelers certainly had a pair of killer tunes.

This was called 'Private Eye' and was used in the early 'World in Action' TV series by Laurie Johnson. It is available on a CD if youre lucky enough to find it called "A To Z Of British TV Themes Vol.2"

'Private Eye' by Laurie Johnson was indeed both the end credits theme from 'The Freewheelers' AND 'World In Action'. Keith Mansfield's 'Teenage Carnival' was the opening theme from 'The Freewheelers', and launched the daily cinema commercials throughout England, for one particular advertising company. The latter was released on Keith Mansfield's album 'Carnaby Street' (the album was taken intact from the KPM library), but Laurie Johnson's theme was only available from the KPM library on LP. Both themes have since been rereleased widely on a number of compilation albums on CD. As library tracks, they were designed to be used in Television, Radio, and Cinema under licence, and were not available to the general public. The idea of library music is to supply media companies with ready-made music in whatever styles they are looking for, without them having to pay a composer to write especially for their productions. Other examples of library tracks as themes were heard on 'All Creatures Great And Small', 'News At Ten', 'This Is Your Life', 'Van Der Valk' and 'The Big Match'. Music libraries are still going strong today.

Here is a link for info on Keith Mansfield's album 'Carnaby Street - Swinging London'. It was deleted a long time ago, but copies regularly appear on eBay (currently, one has just sold and the other one's offer on eBay has ended). It's worth searching on there regularly. Sorry - I can't help with the ZOKKO theme, as I don't know it. I will try and research it and if I come up with anything (or indeed recognize the tune) I will let you know. www.discogs.com/Carnaby-Street-Pop-Orchestra-And-Choir-The-London-Theme/release/3278671

I have just noticed that the video clip you posted is of the end theme to 'Freewheelers', which is Laurie Johnson's 'Private Eye' (formerly the original 'World In Action' theme). It has been released on numerous CDs, but my search on Amazon shows all of them to be currently unavailable. However, the link below will take you to the MP3 download track they have for 59p. 'Private Eye' is a real classic, and is unusual because it is a march in 3/4 time - very rare, but not unknown for marches (there are Scottish marches in 3/4 time) which are usually in 2/4, 4/4, or 6/8 time. www.amazon.co.uk/Private-Eye/dp/B015LIAS84/ref=sr_1_1?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1451414639&sr=8-1&keywords=group+forty+orchestra+private+eye

I am looking for the name of a TV programme 1968 -1974. A dress or wedding dress in a tall glass case in a rear corner of a Victorian old ladies bedroom or parlour, she is sitting on a chaise lounge sofa in the foreground, and warns a young girl who is admiring the dress or wedding dress, in the tall case (at the back of the room on the facing left) "not to open the case" . - the dress dramatically and rapidly falls to pieces. The lady collapes. Not Dickens, maybe kids TV???
