I’ve watched your channel since the school house property and I know you aren’t asking but I want to tell you why I like what you do. You can recycle anything. You take 1970’s paneling and repurpose it. You separate out scrap metal, save it from the landfill and turn it into cash. Your projects are always enough outside the box to make them especially interesting. And I always watch to the end to see what you do to make Ashley laugh. Finally, I like the respect you have for your children’s privacy by not over exposing them too much. Best wishes for your future businesses.

I would buy old run down mobile homes that no one wanted, renovate them to make them look like new, and then sell them by owner. You are no average DIYer. You have professional building skills. You could take a clunker and turn it into a beautiful cottage looking home, inside and out. You could probably make 100K a year doing these. And while you are at it, you could make you tube videos and teach viewers how to make repairs on their own mobile homes as well. Your subscribers would sky rocket.

I have also noticed what a great job you do with everything you work on. It is hard in this day and time to see people with such a good work ethic as you have. I have noticed that you go the extra mile on all your projects. I have told my husband many times, "I would trust that man to build anything for me"! Also I love the way you both seem to have a gift to decorate. I love things organized, neat and orderly, and that's how all of your decorating seems to be. I hope you have great success in whatever job you choose to do. I also hope you both commit yourselves to the Lord and trust in Jesus. I really like you both.

When I was in college I had a professor that asked the class a question one day. "What does Sony sell?" It was 1988. We gave an answer and he said, "What did they sell five years ago?" Well, it was completely different. He asked what they would be selling in five years. We didn't know. His point was Sony's operation depended on being new and different and moving ahead. I always keep that in mind. One thing might not do - expand. You'll be okay.

It's hard for me to imagine there are those out there who do not appreciate such a hard working young couple with basic good sense and values. I can only think they are jealous. You seem to understand what my oldest said to me when she lost a position when the small company changed directions. When one door closes, another opens! You have the ability to become a 'master' anything you want. With your talents and vision, the future is open. Thanks for sharing. Not being in debt is the secret to success for your small family.

You have amazing skills and an eye for design as well as function. Utilize your wonderful skills!! What you did with your double wide home speaks for itself!! Amazing!! Anyone who sees that finished product would hire you to update or renovate their mobile homes. You could do that, still video it, keep your KZbin channel. And if you could get one leg up financially, you could buy older mobile homes, flip them, resell. TBH I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t love to live in your remodelled double wide. Keep up your good work; we really enjoy your channel!!

This is now my FAVORITE posting from DIYfferent!! I just knew that as good Christian people and watching what great work you do on your renovations, that you are being lead by someone on high. Your goals are righteous and your hearts are also righteous. We all have our dealings with Satan's followers who are dishonest and only think of themselves. You made the right decision. I will today increase my support to you on KZbin. I love your channel and I think that you are will succeed in whatever your path leads you! Love and Best Wishes for a great new year. Yes, Ashley 2020 was the worst. Remember to keep smiling that beautiful smile and having faith in that wonderful husband that you chose!

I love your favorite thrift store find and I love Ashley’s laughter at your favorite thrift store find! As a self-employed artist, 2020 was very rough creatively and financially, but DIYfferent was one of the shining lights that helped me cope with it. Thank you! Looking forward to whatever you bring to this channel in 2021.

Good luck and lets hope that your youtube channel goes from strength to strength. Ignore the haters as they really are just sad losers who try to make themselves feel important by trying to diminish others and at the end of the day they have nothing to offer. You guys have a lot of potential with your land - growing food and maybe selling some at local markets, selling wildflower seeds, selling roadside eggs etc etc. I look forward to where you take us to on your adventures and thank you for sharing your knowledge and life with us. x

Homesteading videos are very popular, especially with kids and animals. If you're not comfortable with more videos with your kids, do more with the animals on the homestead. Viewers love to watch that stuff.
