In the Post Credit Scene in the Velvet Room, it shows Elizabeth asking Master Igor for permission to let her go to save Makoto, even though Igor forbade it, Elizabeth insisted on going, until Igor agreed but as a consequence Elizabeth was no longer part of the Velvet Room Attendants and Elizabeth's position was replaced by her Oldest Sister, Margaret in Persona 4

It's nice to see they changed the ending cutscene to feature the rest of SEES there when Yukari suggests she and Aigis become roommates. Makes it much more wholesome. Yukari overall wasn't portrayed as that much of a jerk and her romantic feelings for Makoto felt dialed down. Then again, the current version matches more of what Megumi Toyoguchi did for Yukari.
