The bit I am confused about is did they have another wedding? Shiyi and Lingyi both signed a divorce decree which was recognized by officials and the emperor- so weren't they divorced? meaning they would have needed to get married again or their daughter risked being illegitimate. Would have been nice to actually see a wedding where they were happy to be getting married and in love with everyone happy for them
