As for me I was diagnosed at the VA, as being homicidal, however when I sat on the circle with the brothers ,( The Masala), that I realized I have social anxiety. I pray for all my brothers and sisters, I cannot keep a relationship, women have told me I'm waking up swinging punching, I even hid a couple of them, to this day I feel so bad right now I just want to be alone-

Yes! I am so happy to be made aware of how & why our Military Personnel has had experiences which has & will affect them for the rest of their lives! I have met a wonderful person in the Military and hopefully we will be together and this knowledge has open my understanding that some or a lot of these symptoms may or will affect him in our relationship. This information gives me better insight to what some of the issues we may encounter! Hopefully I can encourage him to seek treatment once he return back home. I do love him and I am willing to help him struggle through any of his issues due to having a better understanding of his feelings and situations that he will possibly face. Thank you for this information! GOD BLESS EACH ONE OF OUR MILITARY PEOPLE!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💕😍

I didn't realize how much I was affected till late in life, I am on meds now and while I have mellowed in mood and reaction, I still wake up with night sweats and fighting

Sept. 29, 2016: I have discovered something today... about Flashbacks... now anything can be flashed back by the mind. It just does this...but ALL Psychosomatic Phenomena ARE A FLASHBACK....by the Subconscious. When you have a Panic Attack, THAT CAN BE A PSYCHOSOMATIC FLASHBACK, LIKE MINE WAS!!!!!!! Anxiety, and Stress, can be Flashbacks... you had an episode, maybe years ago... now you suddenly have another one... it seems NEW... but can be a FLASHBACK to an old stress or Anxiety... something around you may have triggered that, or it may just be the subconscious mind is trying to get your attention on that unresolved FEELING.... so, it flashbacks.... That would be "Anxiety Flashback Charge"...or "Flashback Anxiety Charge"...or stress, or dread, or depression... Depression symptoms COULD BE A FLASHBACK!!!! And not be about anything in the Present Moment..... You can do the technique on this Phenomena... it should relieve it. If done enough, it should stop... I just discovered this, so I am going to test it.... I am my own Guinea Pig...I have these problems... so far, my technique has been a good Solution....
