I cannot believe how much I needed this. How did I stumble upon this video. So many memories I buried within me resurfaced. I don’t even know where or how to begin. This explains so much. I think I need help.

I’m ok sometimes but most ly I’m still showing signs of withdrawals . Specially places and people! It’s OK . “ Single Alone “now is best therapy for me . Senior apt . There is Freedom ! Life is good !

Jennifer McGowan… I am a Vietnam vet with diagnosed chronic PTSD by both the VA and my private doctor. The VA counseling every Friday and watching PTSD KZbin’s have helped me and taught me who I am inside. It’s been a long hard journey for me, my wife is very supportive, and I now have begun to slowly rejoin the real world. Help is there for you to take it by the hand. I wish you luck.
