Asuka is my favorite as well but I loved Mari she added a foreign element to the series and the way she n Asuka interacted was amazing. Also it makes the most sense to me that she’s who Shinji would end up with especially since they’re in a world that’s moving on from Eva. N I feel that the people who hate on Mari don’t understand her actual purpose n just say “oh she’s just fanservice” because they don’t want to accept that she ended up with Shinji. I absolutely loved this movie and thank you for the good vid!
