I love your hybrids! BTW, a lot of people say they always want line breed fish, but line breeding can leading to inbreeding, which can amplify mutations. That is why many pure bred dogs have genetic conditions.

Great video......started my endlers tank.....very hard to get a true female endlers here. So I guess I have to contend with the hybrids....got some snake skin....would be nice If I get some blue ones like yours.....looks awesome and very low maintenance.

New subscriber here. I've been overdosing on guppy & Endler's videos lately, but this is just about the best-looking lot I have seen. They are all so gorgeous, I just can't choose a favourite. And thanks for concentrating the filming on the fish - for some reason a lot of guppy channels seem to assume that the viewer wants to see the owner's face more than the fish!

Amazing fish colors! I buy two male guppies every now and then, ones that I've not got and a few new females of various colors! My favorite mix is Russian black with mosaic! Solid black body with amazing colours in the fins and electric blue patch on top his head! After watching ur vid I'm guna get a few endlers and see what happens!! Excellent vid!

I love the hybgrid guppies! I picked up 12 fry.. Grew them out and they are producing LOTS of babies.. First Generation is just starting to get color and I have some really stunning ones as well.. I love the vivid blue ones you have!, 👍

My female guppy is coming tomorrow, already set up the breeding tank and chose a black bar endler male. How would you go on about attempting to make a color variant you like breed true to have more of them? What do you do with the hybrid females? How much Endler do you introduce back? I have so many questions but like so often, your video is the only source of information I can find out there. Thank you for all your effort in breeding videos, I've successfully bred tetras, plecos and gouramis through your help, this is another wonderful project I have no doubt will also succeed.

Thanks Mark - apologies for the silly email - I didn't realise you had managed a follow up and posted it online. It confirms much of what you will see in aquariums in Fish stores. Many strains of guppies I see today are not true guppies so to speak but they can still be obtained aquariums stores don't seem to advertise exactly what you're viewing in the tank, but they're still fabulous nonetheless. Thanks again.

I just purchased the most gorgeous male endler and put him in my 10 gallon with my male golden tuxedo guppy. My other tank has 4 moms and several fry. I was wondering if they would breed and what colors may come from them. Now I know. Thanks to you!!!!

Yes they will interbreed. Its pot luck on the colours tho as as you don't now the background of the parents. To do that you need to line breed.

My English - at least understanding fast spoken English - is difficult for me. Do I understand correctly that so many different males were created from the cross between scarlet Endler x female guppy with a black tail? Does this also apply if you cross 2 breeds of guppies or 2 breeds of Endlers? I thought sons always got the body color of the father, only the tail color could change.

Mark..... it's quite EASY to see why you hit 10K subs so quickly.... I mean where else can you see Goldfish surgery, glass and acrylic tank and filter building, not to mention doo-dads out of bamboo, coconut, and walnuts, spice jars, iced tea jugs with spigots; only to name a few. Then of course there are super bird feeders, Heron and other predator bird decoys, home made, nutritious fish and shrimp foods of all types, along with all kinds of doo-hickeys to improve the water quality of our aquariums. Then of course, we learned how to change the whatcha-macall-it on our Land Rovers. We also have the fish pornography err.... BREEDING series, the incredible videography and finally, the concise easy going voice work. All in all.... excellent content with outstanding video, seamless editing and audio all makes for an incredibly interesting channel that folks want to follow and watch. Well done Mark!!!
