Endless Hunt Marathon - Ichida's Characters

Notes: No AI Patches, difficulty has been Hard 8 since the Kung Fu Girl video. (Just saying this because AI scaling is now a thing with these chars because people annoyed the authors enough about it.)
So, I was asked what I thought about the AI on Ichida's chars. I didn't give an answer straight away, but the question reminded me it was about time to marathon these, so my answer wiull be in video format.
0:00 H-Man
Hakumen (Old Version) standing A goes out rather slow, so you can punish it very easily. Ignore the teleport kick, that's a Murakumo exclusive exploit.
1:23 Slick Bandit
Hazama mostly uses Ouroboros when far enough, so you can jump over it. However, as you can seem, you can get him into an airdash loop if you're in the corner and he happens to jump at you.

Pfft...HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! This Terumi levels of pathetic honestly.
3:50 Harada Ballardie
You can punish the unsafes she throws from the other side of the screen, but I noticed that it's a bit consistent. Sometimes she gets hit, sometimes she blocks. It's a bit finicky.
5:23 DVD Rentals
Chie can get a bit tricky since she actually bothers to mix you up instead of just throwing an overhead the end of the combo, but overall still pretty doable. You can bait her counter as well.

8:25 Reincarnation Sucks
She doesn't recover from her projectile fast enough, so you can jump over it and wail on her. I was handicapping myself here but you get the idea
9:48 Valkyrie without profile
Grab loop after projectile is possible. Have fun.
11:53 Too much school
Akiha will actually try to throw stuff at you, but the idea is the same, force her to dogde with a projectile, then jab at her.
13:45 Ashamed of number 6
While he round starts with a long range move, it's too big to dodge (Haven't tested dodge mechanics against him, but I guess the beginning of round 2 is self-explanatory.) so keep while slowly approaching and he gives up. Block his combo and grab him.

Same deal as Tatsuya, grab after a combo. The tackle loop thing seems to be character specfic, so ignore that.

Found out there's an issue with her crouching B where it becomes an unblockable during a combo. I didn't report it right away cause I wanted the handicap, or else it would turn into another low jab match, so I defended the skies instead.

Character with dodge needed, though it was surprisingly fun to figure it out, felt like I was fighting a boss character when figuring out the timing of his shots. His tackle move is baitable also.

Since I was using Fear Mace, I couldn't do the usual exploits with her, but it made for a fun fight regardless. Refreshing from the exploit festa so far.

She seems to be one of "those" too, but I was using Hibiki, so I couldn't exploit as much, though she seems to whiff her attacks a lot.

Naoto seems weak to long range moves since she tries to use one herself when far enough. You can also foward dodge it to punish it as well.

Same as Naoto White, dogde to punish the persona attack.
31:47 Defending the Skies
Hibiki Kohaku seems jump happy, so DPs are your friend here. Just be careful when he do manages to get close.

He's actually threatening if you let him summon his turrets, since it's actually hard to get him away because of his meter gain. He'll prioritize a long range move that you can punish, but will stop once he has enough bar.

Same deal as Linne, but timing is easier.

ahem It's one of those, but I used Kannei, so I found a char specific exploit, so ignore it.
41:53 Dizz Track
While she leaves herself open when using her fish summon, those same fishes can screw you over, so make sure to run at her, push her a bit and attack before she recovers (Or use ranbus if you have meter). Be careful with her grab super.
43:54 Count Counting Cards
If he's close enough, he'll do a dash attack move. Block low. After that, it's punishing time.
45:18 Yuuki not Yuuna
Seems a bit attack happy, so if you time it right, you can punish her with a DP, but that's pretty tricky to do, so just grab after blocking a combo.
47:05 He thought this was a good idead
Yosuke has two ways he starts his pressure: Either he starts with his persona, leading to a cross-up combo or starts with his standing A, which ends with an overhead that you can punish .
48:51 Brace Yourself
Or not, jumping over her bouncing projectile is the way.

I guess I'm drawing the line here when it comes to fighting pseudo bbtag characters. Their AI is all the same at the end of the day. Unless they are part of a challenge video or something.
