I know that there several episodes are prerecorded, but here we go: 1:00 pacification of village does not pacify roaming armys 3:08 support unit can buff other units. your hero's support ability is "increased fire 3" (+30% attack on target if I remember correctly) 19:12 demand is low because other empires sold this resource recently 19:34 all artefacts is basically blueprints: you can make as many as you want as long as you have resources. your hero is support and wands is only weapon type available for him/her. crossbow is for ranged heroes 20:08 luxuries cost 5 + 5*(number of cities you have) to activate and provide empire wide boost for 10 turns. 23:10 default max army size is 4, can be increased to max of 8 with 2 specific techs researched P.S. I wonder if Quill still reads comment section since there is not "i read all your comments" ending of the video

I find it funny how it toke so long for him to notice that the area under his territory turned red... and didnt notice it even when he zoomed all the way back to the "map screen" where you could clearly seen the red areas... even then he only noticed when the game actually notified him that "hey you just walked into enemy territory..."

You can only equip a crossbow on a Ranged hero. Support or Infantry heroes have their own weapon types.

quill, you level up your districts by building other districts around them. the more adjacent districts, the higher the district level

So did you hear Arumba being racist against your people on his LP? The Ardent Mages sent a pleasant message hoping for peace and he immediately went "Yeah not likely", even thought the only thing he knew about the Ardent Mages was their appearance. Are you going to put up with that crap? I say you murder the Ersatz-Elves when you encounter them, in retaliation. Every last one.

Quill, that particular weapon is only for "Ranged" class heroes, your current hero is a "Support" class, and as such can't equip that one. :)

Bribe the haunts. It's way less expensive than buying palladian (an era 3 strategic ressource).

Of course all AI should know that Quill is at heart a peace loving. Its just that his armies get unruly time to time. But I know he regrets any misunderstandings.

there was a reset button when you removed the quarterstaff from your support. he seems to still do a ton of damage regardless. I think it might be worthwhile to build a few one stack scout armies and mass expand. surrounding cities or borough streets with other borough streets levels them up.

There is a special resource just one tile west out range of the Cymoa main city tile that gives a ton of FIDS, you should expand there with the next borough.

It makes sense that the weapons are set to be class-specific, my logic is that the crossbows are not for Mages to eqiup

Quill, if you edit all your units to use better equipment regularly, you will find your units perform much better and die less

If you surround district/citycenter with 4 other districts it will lvl up

Looks like that red guy has already at least 4 zones under his control, so it seems the AI is outexpanding you. By the way, is there any way to speed up the animations in this game or turn them off completely? It seems unit movement and combat is awefully slow. It's also kind of hard to see the tile yields when you build those town expansions. Might be a youtube problem, but the yield icons are really hard to see on certain terrains.

He won't have to worry to much about the AI controlling more zones if he's playing on the regular difficulty. The AI on normal is very weak. It doesn't seem to manage it resources very well. I had about half the amount of provinces most my AI opponents had, but several times the population and military, just because they managed their resources so poorly. They don't seem to focus on improvements much, they snake boroughs across their provinces (killing their towns happiness) and doing very little to build up a decent economy. The only way the AI will kill you on normal is if they declare war (which they don't do all to often) just before you can start building up a decent army. They'll have a window around turn 60~80 Another thing that bugs me about this game is how anomalies really can godmode you to victory. If you get that super-extreme-fantastic startic location with three good anomalies clumped together you can basically get 4X times the production or growth of a "normal" starting location. Giving you the ability to grow your empire at a ludicrous speed.
