@@paramjeetthakkar7088 I think so but most of my progress happened pretty slowly before I knew it was called active focus. Wearing a slightly weaker lens did seem to help me go from -4.50 to about -3.00 over the years but I've kind of plateaued since then. Maybe due to my age ( 51 ).

Absolutely well stated that you need to be ready to have your pillar of reality changed when you come into Endmyopia. We meet so much resistance and disbelief because people hold firm to that pillar of reality and don't even allow themselves to be logical, they have their accepted reality and can hear anything that contradicts it. The way this is growing it is my hope that much of the next generation will have access to the reality that your eyes, like the rest of your body, responds to stimulus and they can choose better stimulus.

Endmyopia has made me realize that you can’t always trust what you hear/see. You have to look at things close and fact check at all times. I now find myself doing that with all kinds of things in life, so thank you for that, truly.

Use the best habits you can, and learn as much as possible. When you reach majority, you can earn your own money and start the program. A few months' wait won't really matter over the course of your life. Or figure out a way to explain to your folks that the science is there, and work it into your normal doctor visits. Although getting one of those to cooperate is another story. But these are good life skills for every one.

i have a weightlifting analogy. if you go from -4 both in eyes to no glasses, this is like lifting the heaviest weight in the gym. it's impossible. if you use your glasses to read close up, this is like being able to lift 30kg but only lifting 1kg weights in the gym. you will weaken the muscle.

@@paramjeetthakkar7088 Well not really, because I been procrastinating for awhile. I need to get rid of this habit. However, it can be done, when my dad was young, he had glasses for awhile, but since he always outside, and not doing close up work, he fixed his eye sight. A ranch type of lifestyle. Plus, from personal experience, there were days were I could see decently without glasses. But if you put the commitment to give what your eyes want, and take action, and take care of yourself. You can see better. You can do it, and I need to stop procrastinating, to finally make progress again.
