Thank you so much for these studies ,I was one with overactive thyroid1993, after diagnosis it was radioactive iodine treatment, Dr.s here in USA some don't have the knowledge or have not study the ENDOCRINE, I've been one to educate the Dr. w/ my own stytems. It's amazing how important our minds are AND we know this,BUT not enough to learn how it work. This is the most marvelous, magnificent, miraculous thing on the face of the earth. I love your lectures, but I couldn't disagree with your more about the key to losing weight being eat less, exercise more. And in a lecture about the endocrine system no less!!! (Sure, its true but its TOTALLY REGULATED BY THE ENDOCRINE SYSTEM.) Control your insulin, control hunger hormones, don't fall into the metabolic trap of lowering your basal metabolic rate -- THAT'S HOW YOU LOSE weight.
