@@stanleykim1924교수님 기억해 주셔서 감사드립니다. 2기이고 아직 관찰추적 중입니다. 그레이드가 3A인데 리툭시맙 단일치료 해보는 게 효과가 전혀 없을까요? 증상이 더 나타나면 BR을 그냥 하는 게 더 좋을까요? 하와이 가면 뵙고 싶습니다!

In April 221, The FDA has granted an accelerated approval to dostarlimab-gxly (Jemperli) for the treatment of patients with recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer that has progressed on or following prior treatment with a platinum-containing chemotherapy and whose cancers are mismatch repair deficient (dMMR), as determined by an FDA-approved test.1,2 The approval is based on results from the dMMR endometrial cancer cohort of the multicenter, single-arm, multiple parallel-cohort, open-label GARNET study, in which dostarlimab elicited a 42.3% objective response rate (ORR) in 71 patients with dMMR recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer. This included a 12.7% complete response (CR) rate and a 29.6% partial response (PR) rate. The duration of response (DOR) was at least 6 months for 93.3% of responders, and the median DOR was not reached at a median follow-up of 14.1 months (2.6-22.4+).

교수님 안녕하세요? 죄송하지만 교수님의 고견을 듣고 싶어서 결절성 림프구 우세형2기로 abvd 6회세트로 다 맞고 올 해 3월말에 관해판정 받았는데 6월 조직검사에서 같은 아형으로 재발했어요. 이런 경우에 자가조혈모 이식을 꼭 해야하나요? 불임 확률도 100% 라는데요

Dr. KIm, when I was getting vertigo all the time, I think Nioxin contributed to it. I think there is something with the hair follicle bulb and chemicals that create all kinds of medical conditions.

As I mentioned below, Dostarlimab has been approved by FDA for advancer endometrial cancer with dMMR. So, we have more options.
