Endometriomas would you leave them alone ? Does AMH decline ?

I have endometriomas on both ovaries. I also have 4/5 fibroids. I get painful periods and heavy bleeding sometimes. I am 44 year old. I manage pain with aleve painkiller. Do I need to remove or have hysterectomy?

My endometrioma was 2.3cm but increased in size with the hormones!!!!😭 ivf

Will taking birth control continuous to skip periods shrink the cysts? Will taking the birth control like this affect fertility?

Sir i have a chocolate cyst of 3.7 mm my dr doesnot interest to operate it becoz according to her its too small....but after 2 years i didnot conceive yet..i have started ivf treatment 12 cycles but didnot succeed ..

Sir, how do we counsel a lady with sub fertility who has multiple small endometriomas..all of which are 1-2 cm in size.? Will it still cause a decline in AMH?

kneeheeta this is only 1 study and not a guideline . It’s for endometriomas more than 3 CM Small endometriomas should be viewed carefully
