I am currently healing naturally from stage 3 breast cancer. I don't think of it as scary, I think of it as my body telling me something is wrong and I need to change. Causes were many, including a high sugar diet, stress, poor sleep and emotional loss. My cure includes intermittent fasting with animal based keto, grounding, emotional release, setting my circadian rhythm's with the sun, fenben and most importantly, a home rife machine. The tumour is almost gone after 6 months of self treatment so I know my changes are working.

Perfectly timed lecture for me. My Father just died a few days ago from cancer 💔. Seeing my parents deteriorating health and starting to see similar symptoms in myself is what started me on this health journey that brought me to low carb, one ingredient foods, return to exercise and making great efforts to reduce my stress levels that were astronomical. I feel like a new person. I wish more folks would open their eyes to what is slowly killing them over time. Eat at home with the best quality ingredients that are possible for you to get. Avoid eating out as almost all restaurants use garbage ingredients. Learn to cook! If it's in a package or a box, avoid it. If you have an addictive personality, get addicted to nature and/or any form of art to keep yourself busy. It's not easy sometimes. But as for myself, my goal is healthspan with my lifespan. Wishing everyone a very happy and healthy new year.

Side note: maybe you can look up Fred evrard. He survived cancer colon stage 3. He wrote a book and journal what he ate and drink. Hopefully that would help. Dr. Berg also interviewed him. My mom had stage 4 breast cancer. She cancelled her first chemo appointment in the last minute and decided to change her lifestyle. Strict diet, lots of herbs . After almost half year she came back to same doctor for check up and the cancer was gone.

I have never seen remission in brain tumours, which includes my brother-in-law who left us at the young age of 34, leaving my sister a widow with 2 young children, he had most of it removed but it was too close to the brain stem to get all of it. He went from an Athlete to a cripple overnight, never regained his sight or ability to talk and just made vocal sounds...it was the hardest time of us as a family and I have known this happen to other people too...they just never ever went into remission leaving me to believe that a brain tumour will take you every single time. And those issues are caused by a bodily response from exposure to the wireless communications fields. Check out YT channel Environmental Health Trust.They tell you it's Anxiety but it's something that your body perceives as danger so it responds, and anxiety is a consequence from staying in the environment where you are being attacked. Nuts replace bread & rice, vegetables replace tinned easy foods, water is now my main drink.... and I have cleared a lot of brain fog, aches and pains and my troublesome sinuses and mucus production has eased a lot! I am now slowly journeying into fasting as well! At 46 and a little worried about my old diet and being pre-diabetic, I had found you through your pre-diabetic types of videos but try to soak up information and wisdom from everything you make. I make quick notes on these additional videos because of your breakdown of cause, science, effects, and tips to keep track of or undo effects are total gems! THANK YOU Dr. for these amazing videos. @@ififallithurtslea4170 Interesting timing of replying to me, because I am now on a Carnivore diet and have been for around 6 months now! I might add veg back into my diet in the future but my aim is to only eat vegetables and fruit that I have grown myself or know exactly who has grown it and how (sounds silly but I strongly believe the chemicals in almost everything were what I was feeling the slow inflammation from) So yep Carnivore

@watchreadplayretro

@@daniellukov Yes, I walk to work (an hour's brisk walk) work for 2.5 hours physical work (mostly walking around) every weekday, then walk back briskly (for another hour) and all this before my first meal of the day at 10:30am. So I'm fasting daily for 16 hours. I am going to start growing my own vegetables this next year (the idea of it being the pesticides etc that are bad) but for now yes I'm much more active than before, have killer thigh and calf muscles, and not only no problems but feeling a lot more enegetic for the rest of the day. I think we are all different though. Oh and I phased sugar (and coffee) out, and I'm not afraid to break the diet a little if I feel like having something, it's strict, but not to the point where I feel bad if I do slip one day out of 14 or something. Hope that helps a little.

He was ok when we brought him to the hospital .only there was a lump in his stomach, the doctors told us that he'll undergo chemo first b4 surgery but his health deteriorated while waiting for his chemo... When he was brought to PICU for the last minute , the doctor told us that his small veins in the kidney were damaged by too much medicines & antibiotics injected to him so he suffered bleeding ... 😭😭😭😭 If we brought him home , and let him take natural/ herbal medicine maybe he's still with us ... This doctor must be my spiritual brother or something along those lines. I’ve been called a fanatic by friends and even family for the way I choose to live, but something dawned on me after many years of studying how ailments and illness emerge in the human body. 10 years ago (early 40s) I decided to completely remove carbs and sugars from my diet. I obviously ceased all alcohol consumption at the same time, but I wasn’t really ever a big drinker. Every video I watch and everything the doctor says I can honestly say that I feel like its me talking to myself 10 years ago. I can so absolutely relate to what Dr Ekberg says that its uncanny. It’s how I live, simple. To a certain extent I feel vindicated, because as I have said, it hasn’t been easy being steadfast about diet or refusing putting pills in my body. People, friends and even family have jibed me for years, but it was my heart that told me that my way was the right way, and seeing these videos is such a pleasant recognition for me, since it seems that what my research told me allied to my absolute conviction in what I thought, was actually right. Thank you so much, and please people take heed to this brilliant holistic doctor.

Cancer starts with stress. Do not stress for things you can't solve. Stop the hate. Keep your political views to yourself. If you have a bad boss, pray for him/her and ask God to bless him/her. If you're an atheist, change jobs. Your mental and physical health is more important than making a lot of money. Get a full body massage, it can save you from stroke and heart attack. Listen to jazz music, is relaxing. Eat healthy but twice a month enjoy ice cream or pizza or hamburger! Or chocolate ! Dance, dance, 🕺 💃 🕺 and dance. Pay your debts, and don't spend more than you make. If is possible pay cash for everything. Just use your credit cards for emergencies. People stress a lot about money, if you don't want debts, don't overspend. Living debt free is living stress free. Get a pet, if you can't afford a pet, volunteer at the shelters. Visit the seniors at the assisted living homes and keep them company, they're very lonely. Avoid fighting with your family about politics. When you leave home, pray for patience, your entering to a jungle which is the real world: stores, traffic, banks, markets, etc etc Make an appointment with God, have a secret place , no noise, no people around, just you and Him. Jesus would surround you with His love and peace❤❤.

I refused chemo and followed a holistic protocol. I changed my lifestyle went plant based & organic when I can no sugar and I don't drink alcohol. Each check up after my operations are clear of cancer , I feel fantastic. My mission was to be as inhospitable to this cancer. The most important food I ate and still do is organic goat requeson cheese mixed with linseed oil use a hand blender to mix in the linseed oil & then sprinkled with flaxseeds blended to powder in e.g a coffee grinder. This helps to fuel my cells with Oxygen , my saviour & a positive mind helps too!

Thank you so much for making this video! My father passed away suddenly last year from acute leukemia at age 74. it has been really tough, but I always think to this day if there was any way it could have been prevented. Though it is too late, I am glad I learned and also noticed some things that may have caused the leukemia after watching my video. My dad always did some exercise almost everyday, but I remember he LOVED sweets. He ate quite healthily except for the sweet stuff and snacks so there are the sugars and possible chemicals (also he worked with engines and stuff in the US Navy before he retired so that could be one too). He moved with us to my mother's home country so there was everyday stress and also he was listening a lot to those conspiracy related things and was angry all the time because of what he learned, truth or not. So I believe this may have been some of the causes... That being said, I will do my best to get exercise and change my diet, as well as reduce stress not only to prevent cancer, but to feel stronger and happier. 😁

I had a colonoscopy at 34-years-old. Thankfully the blood in stool was from hemorrhoids but I did have polyps and one was 2.5 cm which the doctor said it was a good thing it was caught because by the time I would have been 40 I would have had cancer. I do follow-ups every 3-5 years to prevent colon cancer. I'm 52 now.

Thank you for informing us. I'm 78 no cancer yet. But if i was told i did i would refuse any treatment and if its my time so be it, now if I was young i might have a different idea. But not 78. I say that because I've watched so many die of cancer including my Mom she was 59 and Brother had agent orange from Vietnam.I witness these beautiful people who had no life, yes they were breathing but the treatments didn't allow a life it just prolonged death but still suffered and spent final months going to Dr or treatments that would take so much out of them thats no life. Now this is just my decision and I'm not promoting not to seek help. Its just not my way. Again thank you.

Great video, cancer is started years before signs and symptoms. When you mention carbs all carbs are not created equal. Complex carbohydrates are much different than the cultprit carbs like white bread 🍞, white rice etc. Refined sugars in pop. There are populations in the world that eat mainly plant 🪴 based food that have no incidents of the top diseases that we get.

Not just breast lumps, I was a fit healthy working woman, going to the gym,I was 42 year old, found a small rubbery painless groin lump . Didn't have no other symptoms or feel ill, I lost no weight & had no night sweats. I was sent for CT scan, MRI, groin lymph node biopsy, bone marrow biopsy and was told I have stage 4 advanced to bone marrow Non Hodgkins Follicular Lymphoma. 😲 Check any lumps out folks even if you feel well.!!!! 👍
