Declarer doesn‘t need diamand finesse on the last board, he can duck a club and then cash the Kx or ruff out Kxx.

On the last board, can't the declarer resist the diamond finesse and throw in you in order to guarantee the contract? (Win with Diamond AK and lose with J deliberately)
