I think its called Enance not 'in essence'. No mention of batteries. Even rechargabe batteries will eventually fail and will need to be replaced. So this device is essentially disposable.

Not sure tho if that'll work but per my experience, it translates short sentences and phrases at a normal speaking pace.

This is a very bad instrument. It will make people lazy to learn other languages. Learning other languages is not just for communication. You learn with it culture. How people think inside that language. This device will make people isolated in their own language and culture. Very bad indeed.
