If anyone is looking for a really good pillow to try get the purple harmony. Its literally the best thing that I’ve ever done for my neck and back. I believe they have three or four different loft options. But it’s not adjustable. Its made with like gel, latex & memory foam I believe. It stays super cool. I’ve had mine going onto two years and it hasn’t lost it shape. My little sister even got herself one and she has a herniated disc and it’s helped her so much. Definitely the best pillow I’ve ever purchased. I purchased a Tempur-pedic one prior that was even more expensive than the purple Harmony, and it was just way too firm for me. I should’ve sent it back for a lower loft maybe? Idk but this purple pillow is AMAZING, albeit not the cheapest but you get your moneys worth for sure. & ill d*e one that hill lol

The phone number they have listed on PayPal is fake, so they have STOLEN $144.79 FROM ME!! I was looking at their products and was considering buying 3 tvidlers and cases. After going through page after page of "Special Offers", I hit the X to cancel out of the entire process. Much to my dismay, I have 5 DIFFERENT CHARGES TO MY PAYPAL totaling $144.79 after NOT COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION!!! I immediately attempted to cancel and was told they were already in processing and couldn't be cancelled even though my cancellation request was submitted at 2:16 A.M. and the process with DHL didn't start until 7:13 A.M. So NOT ONLY ARE THEY THIEVES PUSHING THROUGH NON-COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS, BUT THEY ARE LIARS ABOUT HOW THE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS MESSAGES THROUGH PAYPAL RESOLUTION CENTER TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED BUT THE CHARGES HIT MY ACCOUNT TODAY ANYWAY. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My experience with these things says they are ABSOLUTE JUNK! I am stunned that they have opened themselves up for such exposure. Their "free return" is a total SCAM. They come to you from a warehouse in the USA, but the return address is in Lithuania. The postage to Lithuania for ONE is about 80% of the purchase price. MANY reviews on EBAY and such complain of being sent and charged for more units than they ordered. When you call to get an "Return Authorization" they tell you that you CANNOT RETURN OPENED BOXES and they immediately offer a partial refund. When you say no they offer a bigger refund. When you say no again they offer a bigger refund. If you are stuck with one now, take the 50% refund or be get nothing. Their advertising indicates both Spanish spoken in Spain and in Mexico. They only have Spain's dialect. Check other reviews. If you are not convinced yet I can't help you. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE JUNK!!! BTW It's ENNENCE.

The reason I'm commenting is that I'm reading in the comment section where people have developed shoulder pain. I sleep on my right side and now since using the pillow I have developed unbelievable shoulder pain. Her video is basically the only video so far that shows how to position the pillow. Thanks
