After our Buggy choke video (check it out if you haven't already) we went down the rabbit hole and made a separate short video for you guys here with the REVERSE buggy choke! An unexpected submission to catch your opponent by surprise!

Nice work! ☝ One idea to improve and make useful BJJ content that most people do not do. Most people show attacks and that is ok, but I never saw anyone showing the all the possible attacks and all the possible defences on the same video. Packing every option (attack and defence) related on the same topic can level up the understanding of a topic with less research. ✌

@@diogotrindade444 yes I 100% agree! We have done that on a lot of our videos before but it makes them longer and people nowadays have short concentration spans. We now save it for our instructionals on BJJ fanatics. It’s a great tip and I agree but there is a downside. Check out for example my K-guard video to see what’s a bit more of a system and if that’s what you mean? Osú

We frequently had to start from the bottom side-control position against lower belts in our classes. Catching the big strong guys in Buggy Choke was a go-to. The bigger their shoulders, the easier the tap. TBH, if the big dudes started with a great grip, it was a lot of effort to reguard sometimes. The scarfhold Buggy choke is pretty cool. I feel kinda out of it for not putting it together before, Great content again. Now whenever I think of the Buggy Choke, I have Grace Slick singing how one will make me grow LOL. Take care.
