Ok, here my idea for working with it, but my English is very awkward and confusing here, so I hope it's still understandable..... I would definitely use it to support work on body health for several days, and then draw additional cards from a different deck that goes more mental and make the transition. You determine 1 topic, by first drawing from this deck (maybe also with anatomy of witches or a herb or veggie ...deck) and work on/ with material body (actual exercises, food, massage, hygiene...) just letting the topic freely and lightly colour in the everyday life, but make sure everyday it had some focus, even if only 5 minutes before going to bed), for some days. Next step: pull a card from a more airy deck, transit to add breathing exercises (the Atem Tonus Tone Method for singers seems to me to match very well, it works with body resistance as well as breath) , add this in your day 1 minute here, 2 minutes there (or also pranayama breathing or whatever). Finally, while keeping on with the "old "exercises, add and focus on mental exercise (meditation/ mental body training, imagining body healing....) you can draw additional cards from the airy deck or a meditative deck, then in the next step going back to feeling material body to get grounded again and wrapping it up. All of these phases over a period of time before transitioning to the next. Maybe 1week before adding the next step, and 1 month to finish one topic, then next month do the next anatomy spread to determine the next topic. And stay free of dogma, like really 5 minutes or 1 action of including the topic a day is success. More is fine too. That's what I would try. In fact..... I might put that deck on my wishlist ....

Added to wishlist. Love a good skelly deck. What about using it with Fountain Tarot? Its got those cooler and neutral tones that may work well together and you definitely get the energy vibes from the Fountain.
