I am so grateful for this video... I've been suffering from insomnia. My mother just passed in June and i take care of my father with Alzheimers. I am very sensitive to his needs. I was very close with him and this disease messes with my mental wellbeing. This is the only thing that has calmed me and has released my ongoing tension headache.
