@@brandonjohnson2575 hey I would say it took a few weeks and a little over a month and then I started to notice some of the negative ppl and the patterns they were doing disappeared. But that is just my own experience. It works different for others so I would say listen to it every 3 days out of the week on any days and do it for at least a few weeks and see what happens. Ppl can drain the life out of u if u let them. So I find it’s nice to hangout with ppl but it’s also nice to be in my own space and do the self work also

Knowing your human design auric type May help. I found out I was an emotional generator with a lot of openness though my chakras Intuitively I’m curious if knowing your type could help. I found mine at 40. 2 kids. Changed my life. Anyway. I resonate. Just the 411 . I like Karen curry Parker she has good videos about type and adhd. Lovely piece, thank you I’m an experienced meditator now but when I started, I was only working my higher Chakras (Fully in balance with Mother Earth and her Crystalline energy grid now though). As a result, a few beings attached themselves to me and have been with me ever since. I have an appt with a Shaman in a few weeks to do a clearing because the traditional stuff doesn’t work (Epsom salt, White Sage, Breath work, etc.) I have started to ground myself more and now every day, at 11:11am, after sun-gazing for a bit, I put my hand in the soil and ask Gaia to help transmute these energies with love and light back to Her. I’m only on day 2 but will listen to this in tandem with the short ritual. Hopefully it works. 😬😬🙏🏻🙏🏻💜💜
