Agree with the importance of Radiant Powder, but don't agree on the prioritization. Talent Materials are far more value for your stamina IMO. Radiant Powder is scarce for the amount you need, but there are sources to gain them reasonably, while there aren't for Talent Materials. 24 Radiant runs for one gear from 40-50 compared to 12 Star Trial runs, which can add a few lvls of talents, is more ROI for me.

I think radiant powder is a good first prio until you have a core set of weapons caught up to max level given that you have most of your silvers and some of your golds already levelled up from just general income through playing the game and doing memento.

My take as a light/moderate pay to play player thus far: - Level up dust can be purchased (infinitely) at a pretty reasonable 10,000 per 70 luxite. That's about 215,000 level up dust per potential 10 pull (1500 luxite). - Talent stars cannot be purchased. You can only get them from farming Star Trials, and energy is finite per day no matter how much IRL money you have. If you plan to spend even a little bit of money on the game every month, it's better to focus your energy on farming Star Trials, not level up dust. The gold stars are very rare and you need LOTS.

I WAS swimming in legendary tarots. Idk if its just me, but atleast like 80% of all my random legendary tarots I got were the empress. Idk if that one has a higher drop rate from random, but Holy cow I had so many

I think Talent material is more important imo. You can at least still acquire radiant powder from the shops and other sources. Talent material is direct only to what you hunt from the dungeon right now.

I honestly think I'll start moving my grinding to radiant powder because I have some really good gear on my Lash and Beryl and it needs to get to 50. Stars can wait, the returns on those are permanent but slow, not as impressive as developing a piece of gear to 50 and making a character have 3.5k to 4k health and nearly 2k in their main damage stat. If there's ANYTHING I want to focus on Talents, it's getting new tactics. Thundershock 3 and Mini Barrels are just dumb fun.

What I really appreciate from SOC is how you are limited to once a day in weaponry and tarot trials. Other gacha games would force you to buy staminas to farm gears with potent stats whereas SOC respects your time to play at your own pace. I find myself playing the huge content that is Spiral of Destinies and pushing towers with lv36 units very often and ironically spending more time there than mindlessly autoing other gacha games at 3x speed getting garbage. SOC is such a breath of fresh air. My only complains so far are the UI and UX and how Elysium feels so empty despite having multiple legendary units.

wh do only a few people invesst on stars? I ssee that they provide decent permanent stat boost that u wont change liike for example whenn u change gear. I always am short with those even though I ssweep lots of those daily. Aare they not that important? The exchange on those are not a lot too compared to level up mats and badges

I believe star trials are much more important in the long term than the weapons/equipment stuff, it's just that for the early game (lvl 35/45) the %boost don't give that many stats compared to the raw stats from the equipment.

I prefer wasting my 600~ stamina a day into the star Trials, I have all of my equipment lvl 40(lvl 38 voyager too) and the talents branches for each element seem to be giving way too many stats for me to pass onto that(also I'm still not sure if I would eventually keep my legendary equipment that i have right now or if i would instead change these for better passive stuff).

Progress is so fast on global compared to TW server. In release of TW, you only get to lvl60 in about 2 months 😂. Maybe that's why im not to stressed about the lvl progress compared to global players.

never leave your energy capped and spend all energy potion early on until you can't progress with the story and make sure you do your voyage memories as soon as you can. And daily quests of course

I'm free to play and about to hit 40 doing that. I stopped using all my energy potion about a week ago once I had to wait to level up to catch up with the story. Only ever did 2 or 3 luxite energy refresh too, usually just use the potions

Why need that many weapon to be enchanted? Just need 1 or 2 max each type then can exchange to char who need to equip it. No need to enchant all equip waste of dust 😂😂😂

I'm gonna be honest, I'm all for not spreading dust too thin but there's no way I want to take the time to switch gear around that often. It's going to be like when I forget to switch lightcones in Star Rail and my characters are doing shiiiiiiiit damage. But that's just me!
