I studied with Lourdes several years ago and benefited greatly but stopped, unfortunately. Now I am back because have had the worst stomach bug & back pain for days. During this, I realized a hurtful event with a male coworker right before I got sick re-triggered the severe emotional abuse by my father (which I thought was healed), & that was why I got sick (I was supposed to work with that man again tomorrow). I plan to use this reiki video over & over to see what else will "come up" & be released also because of chronic pain for many years. The reason I stopped reiki was because some christians told me it was not from God, but now I know they are wrong. This has restored my flagging faith in God! Thank you, Lourdes & God bless you.

Thank you so much. I dont know how you do it but your sessions/energy is SO intense and powerful! I had some pain in my shoulders which is now gone. And at Some point in your session I felt something like a small itch in my heart Area, which Made me see some pictures/images of people (who I had a very painful event with) that made me cry intensely and made me release that pain. This is a 20 minute video as opposed to a 10 minute video and uses Reiki along with other vibrations. That being said how strong the video is depends on your energy. For some Reiki videos alone are the strongest and for others the combination of more types is strongest. Blessings,
