Holy Moly!! Soooo many Ascension flu symptoms the past few days!! Physical.. emotional.. spiritual.. sharp shooting pains in crazy places.. ankles, ribs, etc, diarrhea, purging, aches, pains, sneezing my head off, asthma attacks out of nowhere with no known triggers causing it, brain just going blank, memory issues, old stuff I thought want even an issues coming up, cold flashes at night, sleeping issues. Too much or inability to sleep, hormonal fluctuations, menopause for 4+years and suddenly having a menstruation again!! Suddenly looking younger!! Multiple people telling me the exact same things within a short time span. Usually strangers.. animal and number messages, etc.

So very tired at the moment, absolutely exhausted. My back pain, neck and shoulders. Hot flushes.... Feeling low and depressed, no joy...hot flush now.... Would love to feel joy..... At this moment! Current climate and the blackness globally eclipsing feels so heavy on the soul.... Difficult, because I always need to know.... Oh my god, I feel my higher self is so high I can't reach it.... I'm going through another cycle of feeling the deep tragic pain of the innocents of the world...the disgusting vile and disturbing acts that happen to our children, animals, women and planet. It's very very heavy and intense. I cannot stop crying. Also migraines non stop... Old traumas of my own are definitely coming up and being dealt with properly which is fantastic....some new beautiful manifestations are also happening for me personally...like manifestations ive been working towards for years. So exciting. So i can really feel the polar affects this 3d vs 5d timelines currently. Thanks for listening. Love to everyone 🌞

Thank you again. My Soul answered "the Question" MOVE FROM SYMPATHY TO EMPATHY. Each is learning to Love: death rebirth cycle: forgive/bless/thank ALL FOR ALL. Sympathy is trying to fix other's pain - do this/don't do that - so I do not have to feel yours. My body pain due to sympathy. Empathy RESPECTS soul cadence/timing (music) ALL learning to be a Peace Body.

Is it weird that I'm not really relating to what most of these videos are saying are signs or symptoms of awakening or ascension but I feel like I know that I am? Does that make sense? I am a hair short of positive it's happening but I'm only having like 1 out of 10 of the signs or "symptoms". Now I'm doubting myself and feel like I'm possibly crazy. Advice from anyone would be nice
