Thank you, Mia, such a beloved name for me as my mother was also called Mia.❤ I was crying all the way through the activation by Mother Mary. Due to her I feel so much deeper the appreciation of my own name as well now.❤ During the last few years my eyesight has become quite blurry but not all the time. I am told on the inner it has to do with my having put my eyes in a fixed state, wanting to stay alert when I was on the brink of dying. Still young at that age I did not want to die, especially not wanting to hurt my family who were not able to show their feelings. I have felt so alone then! Now, 40 odd years later, I am finally ready to let go, though I do also worry about my eyesight... I remind myself to not be hard on myself, that it is a process I have bravely undertaken, and each tear is cleansing my eyes on a very deep level....❤

Your story really touched me today. Good for you for choosing to return to your beautiful natural self Going through the menopause is an epic journey, one that no one talks about. Not sure if it is the same where you are. I went through it and decided to do it naturally. I am sure you are tapped into a community and information that will get you through, but if that is not the case i will happily share what got me through. It will be important that you tell those around you that you are going through your biggest transformation to date. On the other side you will not be who you are today. I wish i had known that at the beginning of my journey. If i had had the knowledge i have now i may have even enjoyed the transformation. Maybe you could do a live about it. I will happily share. I cannot bare the thought of women suffering through this. It can take years, sometimes up to 15. I did not know that. It is huge. there are parts of the world where women do not experience it in the same way women do in the West. Good luck in your amazing journey

I’m so glad you had the breast implants removed for yourself that must’ve been very difficult but freeing at the same time what’s interesting I’ve been seeing at least three or four times now older women even in their late 70s that were bodybuilding scalping their bodies they were unbelievably young looking and what they were doing well it was professional, dancing, etc. I also find that it’s the other way for me. I don’t get excited enough. I think it would feel nice to feel excitement like a little kid a Christmas. .
