In November 2024, OCED awarded the Gulf Coast Hydrogen Hub-led by HyVelocity-with $22 million for the first tranche of funding out of the total project federal cost share of up to $1.2 billion to begin Phase 1 of its project plan. This recording of the virtual community briefing features a conversation between OCED and the HyVelocity team to provide an overview of the current project plans and engagement opportunities for the Gulf Coast Hydrogen Hub, held on December 12, 2024.
