WOW!!! What a house! I love how the two bedrooms have complementing accents, one has black mirror and fixtures and the other one is brass and light wood, such a great detail. The rooftop deck is amazing and a great space for entertainment... Not to mention the location, SLS around the corner for dinner, AOC on melrose or Sofitel Hotel on Beverly for Sunday Brunch, the shopping on Robertson, the location simply cannot be better.

I'm not to crazy about houses on the corner, but one of the many things I like about this property is the Landscaping of trees that they put in for privacy. Which is something you don't see to often in homes that are on a street corner. I also like the fact that there is real grass in the backyard instead of the AstroTurf. Mainly because if you have a dog when they use the bathroom outside, the real grass will fertilize and soak it up, compare to AstroTurf. With AstroTurf once the smell gets in there it doesn't come out. It's basically like having your dog use the bathroom on your living room rug and never being able to wash it out.

Nice fresh content finally...! The design of this house its a little bit too linear for me but Enes and Mickey balanced it all up with another impecable presentation. Hope the next one has more sophistication to it so that our Enes could get more motivated and loose himself in describing fine details and nurturing explanations for us.
