Enes Yilmazer I loved it. The house feels very homely and it’s easy to picture yourself living in it. The back yard is exactly what I would want as I love the indoor outdoor feel and I love the views from the yard as well. Great video Enes. I like all the details you give. You also always look very professional, in a suit with a modern twist. This is a very livable home. I am a big fan of black and white interiors with a lot of wood. I love the beams outside. My favourite in the home is the kitchen, almost looks like a piece of furniture. I love all the marble in this home. My second favourite area is the back garden. I love trees and this garden is so tranquil, a little piece of heaven in the Hollywood Hills. Must be breathtaking at night with all the build in lights. Gorgeous deck, the pool on the small side but very cozy and intimate. A fire pit would be a bonus.

This is definitely one of the best houses you've toured. I love the kitchen is modern and simple but the right amount of simple, I personally would add another island but it's great. I thought it was a little bit bigger but it does the job. If I had 5M$ I would get this one haha. Great job guys, as always. By the way... For the price point this home was beautifully done. I like the attention to details that they did like in the office with the latter an the upper shelving. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. Even the backyard was incredible. Overall a very nice home.
