Enes Yilmazer I loved it. The house feels very homely and it’s easy to picture yourself living in it. The back yard is exactly what I would want as I love the indoor outdoor feel and I love the views from the yard as well. I feel the price is on point with all the upgrading in finishes and the simplistic minimalist structure gives the home room to breathe. I do love the pallet choice of the developer with steel, stucco, marble, wood and cement. I love seeing homes that gives elements like this a platform to admire. This is definitely one of the best houses you've toured. I love the kitchen is modern and simple but the right amount of simple, I personally would add another island but it's great. I thought it was a little bit bigger but it does the job. If I had 5M$ I would get this one haha. Great job guys, as always. By the way... For the price point this home was beautifully done. I like the attention to details that they did like in the office with the latter an the upper shelving. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. Even the backyard was incredible. Overall a very nice home.
