Lets be real, this house looks stunning! What makes it epic are these details: - The stunning view being like a boss view of the rest peninsula or such - Greenery that attaches the view - Location, it does look like one that wouldnt be changed by town planning (?) - Industrial feelings in a modern green home - The wooden and nature details make it kinda hidden to the area itself - Office view is stunning with Peloton - Interior designers really did do a good job in those details around the house - It has a soccer field / playfield as well -- Problem: What if ball goes over the field? --- They even have seating area in the soccer field, so you could make different kind of events there too ---- Even has a private gym - I love how much privacy it has other wise saying - You probably missed out the PS5 setup section - Master bedroom's perfect and very stunning / mastering view of the area - So many details around this property

Absolutely! A home should be a cozy and functional space for a family, not just a showpiece. If you're looking to buy a home that's perfect for family life, working with a financial advisor can help you budget and plan effectively. They'll ensure you're making the best financial decisions for your dream home. 🏡💖
@VICTORIA-e2i6 ай бұрын
Totally agree! Homes should be lived in and loved, not just displayed. If you're on the journey to buy a family home, a financial advisor can guide you through the financial aspects, making sure you’re prepared and confident in your investment. They can help you turn that house into a true home! 🏠✨
@hesomhcbrso6 ай бұрын
I couldn't agree more! A home should be all about family and comfort. If you're considering buying a home, a financial advisor can be a great asset. They can help you navigate the financial side of things, ensuring you find a place that's perfect for living and making memories without breaking the bank. 🏡💼

This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over 800k.

As someone who lives near La Jolla here in San Diego California, it truly is such a fancy and beautiful place. I work security in La Jolla and let me say that all of the architecture in the city is modern and there are many scientific labs and industrial complexes. Beautiful homes like these are very La Jolla. There's a reason why it's called La Jolla, "The Jewel".
