I wonder if builders, architects & home buyers will ever go for 1930's-Hollywood-style (or Downton-Abbey-format) mansions ever again? Don't know if patience with & craftsmanship for that type of blueprint work can be duplicated in 2023. However, Disney-Universal theme parks do some of that. The contemporary vertical box design is very clean & super slick, but it pings a different vibe than Hearst-Castle-type architecture. I also wonder if builders like Nosrati ever lobby the city to underground nearby utility equipment?

You had me at "Tropical Mansion" and particularly at "Jungle Backyard". This style home is not entirely my personal aesthetic, however I can appreciate the level of detail and care that went into the interior design and expertise it takes to get something like this to work and flow. And the MOSS WALL, omg...once again I am in awe at the majesty of such a structure, each time I see one in these homes my spine tingles.

Well this house is absolutely Ray's best house we have seen here in my opinion. The openess, wideness, tranquil feeling and it's so good to not have any neighbours near to this place so it's very very private! I can't believe why this house is so cheap compared to other houses. This house could be at least around 38 or 39 million Dollars. Hats off for Ray and realy looking forward to see more of his projects!

Wow. Just wow. I have watched a lot of these property videos and I thought I had seen everything until I saw this one. The landscaping of this house easily puts it above everything I have ever seen. I am speechless. And the use of wood in the interior and that particular warm shade of wood on the ceilings, walls, doors and floors in a way that makes it totally fresh and unique. Wow. We use the words masterpiece too casually. This is a masterpiece. If Oscars are handed out for the most spectacular houses, this one here should get three or four Oscars especially for best landscaping ever.

As always, love the video. Incredible tour. Some critical feedback moving forward at the 11:30 mark about amenities. It was off putting to hear “for example, you and I” and it cuts to the theater room, but when it comes to “the wife or her” you show the fridge and the laundry room. This reinforces the idea that women are to clean up and provide while the mean sit back and relax. Hope you’ll consider this moving forward. Keep up the great work.

I'm not usually a fan of these modern spec houses but this one is beautiful - top to bottom! The huge moss canyon is a little much for me. I don't dislike it but I wouldn't mind the house without it either. Overall it's one of my favorite houses you've toured - and I've seen them all!
