Agreed. Bigger isn't always better. This is sheer quality over quantity. All the bespoke elements and use of color (instead of office building white hues) really give this place an opulent, yet livable feel. About the only thing lacking is some wall art. Reminds me a lot of Drake's home interior. Pure elegance.

This is my FAVORITE out any house tours I have ever seen! I watched this fully and tried to watch “The one” tour and couldn’t get into it like this one! This home here is on a different level with detail and time taking vibes. The other videos are nice and have their own style but this one is on a different level. A vodka tasting room? Honestly, I used to be an enthusiast about it, but I actually got over all this super-luxury houses thing. Suddenly I kinda came down to earth and now am more impressed and enthusiastic about "compact", less luxurious (but still expensive), very USABLE and cozy houses (like a 2700 sqft/250m2 - ONE BEDROOM house with extremely expensive USABLE stuff inside with the PERFECT floorplan with the maximum attention to detail possible).

eye, for detail ... for a hundred million dollar house, no absolutely not, definitely if I can spot all of these things first watch on video (which doesn't portray certain details as well as real life) @04:26 check out the elevator door, about 30-40cm above the door handle, that felt/material was applied horribly and already has discoloration or some other issue. @09:42 not even a soft close for the door, seriously, that's a basic feauture in most modern houses/closets nowadays EPSECIALLY at the ludacris high end they are working at. (also bottom of the door) @10:24 poor cable management and finishing. @15:01 crooked/skewed door handle when door is closed. Seriously a door handle that far off of horizontal would annoy the shit out of me. How can you say there was eye for detail if such obvious things were missed. If it's due to people visiting then it's even worse, because I would expect such an expensive house to be built to last. @15:15 top right corner, misaligned backwall panels ... 1-2 cm discrepancy in height @16:07 another door handle (right bathroom) @16:18 and @16:23 right bar/handle for hanging towels is not horizontal ... Didn't check most of it during night time

One of the first videos I have seen that featured the listing agent and he seemed to be a genuinely likable guy. A lot of the listing agents they have come on I def feel like I could go without ever seeing lol this guy is truly grateful to be a part of this project and you can tell how much he cares about the place.

Attention to detail in this house is on a completely different level. I am an interior designer and the mere thought of how long the design process of this house lasted makes me dizzy. The house is surprising at every step, but at the same time it is consistent and predictable (maybe apart from a few elements like a vodka drinking room, a dinosaur and a garage - I did not expect it). An interesting moment for me was when you walked past the hidden, "little" jaccuzzi on the master bedroom level. Then I thought - why was it not decided to have a jacuzzi with a view of the city? When we got to the highest level, everything became clear. Your great presentation skills and the work of a cameraman create an amazing atmosphere that you want to watch for hours. Thanks for that, it's just something else.

This property is the most SURREAL of all I've ever seen! Everything is stunning, from the simplest of details, to the incredibly designed garage. The view is without a doubt the most exuberant I have ever seen, it seems to complete the house. You, Enes, took care to show the smallest details with a careful presentation. I think visiting a mansion like this is almost like being inside a movie! I live in Brazil, and I discovered your work a short time ago, but I was extremely delighted.

I'd LOVE to see more about the security, tech, etc side of things in houses like this. Of course, you can't show everything, but I LOVE that kind of stuff. Safe rooms, vaults, surveillance systems, all that kind of stuff is SO COOL to me for some reason. lol

@@tangerine4665 Two sides to that: 1 - We're already on camera literally everywhere we go...stores, banks, malls, even intersections and freeways have cameras. So...as far as I'm concerned, meh. lol 2 - A system like this isn't open to everyone. It's CCTV...closed circuit (which is the important bit) television. Like, the cameras I have all over my house are run by a Windows 7 virtual machine running on my unRAID server. I use Blue Iris to record and monitor the cameras. There is no accessing the footage outside of my LAN without having a very unique and special authorization and configuration.

@@rmp5s I currently am not running CCTV personally in my opinion (though perhaps sometime in the future) however all of the exterior doors are equipped with motion detectors that send a chime to the control panel whenever they are opened/closed, as well as glass break detectors alongside the windows, motion detectors in the entrance way. I ain't some multimillionaire or anything, not even close however security is very important to me.

I'm an architect, but my background is in Civil Engineering. I'm impressed that a good portion of this house is on stilts, but from the inside you don't get a stilt feeling at all. You don't see a lot stilt platforms that have pools, "mind boggling". The material design is highest level, makes me wish I studied more than civil, although when I went to college there were no interior designs at this level (so maybe it wouldn't have mattered). I've been to many high end homes and this house is a marvel, although I would change a couple of things. Also, windometer is not a word, it's called and anemometer. Sorry, couldn't help myself! :D And respect to Enes. Just as I was thinking about the amount of homework he must have done, they talked about it.

This home and the one you've toured in France with custom furnitures are my favorites. There is something about your tours especially if it is 40 minutes or more. I also love the dark tone used that reminded me of my other two favorites tour of yours in calabasas and hidden hills.

Enes I was with you and Mikey on the reactions during the tour. I always say every house is breathtaking, but this one takes the cake!! Believe me when I tell you I was drooling throughout the whole tour. Every single detail they put in that house is amazing! My favorite was the lower level , where you can pick a car and send it up to the garage. Someone have to be a fan of Batman to come up with something like that.
