This is probably my dream house. Honestly, I think it's perfect. One of my favourite things is the fact that the primary bathroom isn't massive or OTT with stuff. It's moderate. Loads of different spaces for different things. Absolutely loved the rooftop entertainment space. Those views are something else.

For me, this is waaaay better than The One by far as it really feels like a home compared to a shopping mall. This property could've been listed for $100m and I would have said to myself, "fair enough". There's so much to it with no expense spared. OMG, I just discovered something spectacular; watching Enes’s videos on KZbin VR on my Oculus Quest! On the huge screen, when everything is to scale, the immersion is just crazy. Love this house. Really wish the listing agents would publish floor plans, I'm so curious about how this actually goes together. The lower level looks like (in the best, most luxurious possible way) a bit of a labyrinth. Personally I love that this house is so large, yet the rooms are appropriately and nicely scaled as well. I love that they didn't do bedrooms the size of entire apartments, or have massive empty public spaces all connected to each other without any visual separation which take effort to fill. Yet it's undoubtedly large and luxurious. The use of space and scale is just perfect.

In architecture, "Ribbon Window" is the right term for the window in 11:44. It is one of the great features of the Villa Savoye designed by Architect Le Corbusier, who also coined the term. It's so refreshing to see such window in an expensive modern house. Usually modern houses have these floor to ceiling glass windows, so its nice to see that there are architects/designers who incorporate this feature to expensive modern homes

This home has the most impressive residential elevator I’ve ever seen. The unique textured walls through the home added character. I agree with Mikey that the first bathroom sink looked like you could push it into the wall. I would spend most of my time on the rooftop deck. Amazing views.

outstanding home with some great features. I like the bathrooms and the primary bedroom, the lift looks great, the main level outdoor space and pool are to kill for. But those linear windows would be cool in a supermax. The textured walls are an okay idea, but the home does seem a little boxy. The garage I'm not sold on, seems little small. Wellness center okay, but seen better.

Another beautiful massive home. My favorite parts are the garage with unique lighting above and the garage door rotating on the side plus the rotating floors for each vehicle. I also like the agate stone used. This is the first time I saw it utilized in the actual homes. Great tour Enes.

I completely agree. I think Enes would be able to sell ice in Iceland with the detail he provides. And for showing a listed property, that is what you want! I don't think the people who can afford these houses have all hours easily available to go see houses, and with Enes it feels like you are actually in the hous with him. Amazing skill he's got!!
