Pretty sure that's electrovoltaic glass (which you can tell by the flickering on camera), which is clear with a voltage and when you remove the voltage turns frosted. So likely turns into frosted glass with a switch somewhere for privacy.

This place has a lot of great and extravagant features in one place which kinda feels too cluttered for my taste,it feels like they bought a lot of expensive stuff and dressed the penthouse in it . It seems like a great place to holiday with a group of friends that enjoy the finer things as a personalized experience because it just drips so hard to be an everyday home. There's too much going on in this place it feels too flashy like the owner got it as an entertainment home. I enjoy your tours Enes, you just know how to break it all down so the space doesn't feel as overwhelming.

Dubai is such a beautiful place. Loved this penthouse, that pool was so inviting. The layout was super nice also, only downfall is put some tinted or stained glass on the toilet area. I grew up with the ocean in my view, I don't need it in the water closet. Another great job you all did..❤

I am calling this Dubai penthouse the natural stone penthouse because this penthouse has natural stones in many rooms instead of the standard kitchen and bathrooms natural stones. The penthouse has natural stones in unusual places like bedrooms, foyer, and pool area. I like the penthouse living room, dining room, white marble island kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The open-design master bedroom is awesome. I like the pool and spa, I like the balcony and I like the view of the Arabian design. The interior design of this penthouse is wonderful.

Stunning unit. I wonder if any of those views can overlook Dubai's world class fireworks on New Year's Eve. Couple of things that seem odd - the DJ booth in the kitchen with dance area and the bare bar in the swimming area with no convenient place to keep all the liquor, glassware, etc. That whole section is odd; the 'formal-ness' of the living area spilling right into the casual pool and outdoor space
