I like your channel, but I have to say I'd like it better if you toured "normal" houses and not the extra-exclusive ones you get invited to so they get better guesses. I saw this house before with the 2 brothers, but it remains incredibly beautiful. This is number 1 on my list of the most beautiful house in Europe, the overall picture is correct here, this is a house with a soul and where you could go on holiday forever. The colors, the different areas and, what is not unimportant, a very beautiful garden with a beautifully finished swimming pool and private beach. This house is worth its money. How wonderful it would be for me to be able to spend a week there. Nicely done Inez and TEAM.

This house puts any house in US on the floor. If a developer on US had that space to build a house, they'd just put glass everywhere, some marbles and price it around 50 mil. This house on the other hand, has so much landscape, so much use of the space, that isn't limited to movie theather, Office, wine sellar, gym. THey have so much more, so many tropical areas to enjoy with your friends or loved ones, or to party. A place where you can bring your friends make a fireplace on the sand, bring some acoustic guitar and play some music with views to the sea. Honestly, the developers in Europe are far more creative than the professionals we see everyday selling homes for $50 mil price tag in US. You can't even compare. This has become my all time favorite home ever toured in this channel. I am missing seeing mikey. Maybe because I skipped watching a few weeks, but the last videos I saw it was with Dal and I miss the old friend with a lot to talk about. Enes stopped being that guy who used to only do home tours, he is now a business man and dress like one. Amazing to see the growth you had in 3 years of hard work. Also, kudos to Dal and all editing team for making every one of these videos look like a hollywood production.

You are a little late with your presentation, dear Enes! This mansion was presented by Marobrothers a year ago and the asking price for it at that time was 65 million. A year later, its price was reduced by 10 million, which tells us that this mansion is not worth that money and that it is overpriced and the price will continue to fall or a crazy person, a lover of kitsch, will be found to buy it! In Marbella and Ibiza there are much cheaper and better quality villas or mansions for less money. For example the Elephant Hills villa that you presented is 100x better than this one, and it costs a lot less. In general, Cannes, Monaco, Monte Carlo are overpriced and overrated cities, and therefore the real estate there! Btw. you are one of the best KZbinr in this area. Just keep go ahead!

This is the 2nd tour of this house that I've seen. I loved it then. I still do. A few comments: 1) The dinosaur skull is very cool 2) I absolutely love the colour scheme in many of the bedrooms. 3) You can't beat those great views. 4) That boxing ring can easily be converted into a wrestling ring. 5) This house itself is a work of art.

To say it with famous Enes words "without a doubt" I would have a boxing ring over a movie theater any day. You can have a small theater anywhere in the house and you're not watching a movie with 10-15 people all the time... besides that, I would prefer to be outside on that property as much as I could. Great location and this property is perfect. Not even too expensive when you know the prices in Cannes and don't forget, this is France - this house was built with concrete and steel, not pine studs and drywalls. Marvelous. I think I saw that before with Serhant (you know, this other property guy :-) )

what a magnificent building (even if in reality it are 2 buildings that have been joined together in a wonderful way), with a great layout with reasonably sized rooms on a great plot that assures you an incredible privacy despite the proximity to the neighbors but at the same time allow an incomparable view from the house as well as from the outdoor areas. But the icing on the cake for me is the current interior design, the furniture, the parquet and carpets, the colors, design and art elements... they transform the property into a dream home.
