I've never seen a personality as strong as an enfj. They're like Atlas in a way.

I don’t blame myself solely for failed relationships. Aside from that accurate for me.

I don’t feel bad about a single thing because my ever lasting patience with people (lovers) came to an end. Stop painting us as weak because we are not. But yes, other people’s good energy is good for us after a breakups. I will take responsibility for my deeds but not theirs.

Oh, some of the strongest people I know are ENFJs. Introspection and taking responsibility for your own part is not a weakness.

Same. So many times people think I'm begging them to keep me in their lives but I'm only reminding them that relationships are not so unimportant to be left this way. Once I'm done trying, I'm out without any guilt or what ifs.

Well maybe it was a mutual breakup or not invested much in it. But Dasani, Imagine investing many decades, time, dedication and resources on a relationship for the other person to betray you? Would you not feel bad?

@@rodvarmo that’s happened. Had to put my foot down and let go. No one is perfect but not going to be used. They always came back asking for forgiveness.

1:25 we are getting more in contact with people.. Than normal? 🤔 Then.. We are most in touch with our own feelings? What 😂 our trickster is Fi. We actually are really not in tune with our own feelings.. We indeed process it logically with introverted thinking because that function is easier than our own feelings. So rationalising and analysing is happening in isolation actually to ger more in tune with our thinking and feeling. After that or before that we do endulge in Se probably. So maybe intens sporting, drinking, partying trying to feel alive again. So the beginning was very much off. We are not the best in thinking internally we tent to analyse things negatively, selfblaming or victimising. That's why we come back to Feeling extraverted by asking advice and guidence from others. Personally I actually have so much difficulty with my negative feelings I suppress them and this is actually something that causes depression. So yes keep talking, don't isolate, do think about it bus balance it out with external sensing so healthy distractions like fun activities, or walks in nature. And journaling is a helpfull way to access your Fi and defenatly helps making things clearer but this only works when using your healthy developed functions. In general I would say use Ni. Your introverted Intuition to keep in mind what's good for you in the future but accept that you need to let go and greeve before you can arrive to that stage. 😊

It's great to hear a perspective from an actual ENFJ! And some solid advice here! Journaling is definitely a helpful tool!

@@personalitypsych3109 Aw that's so cute. I went full on analytical in my reply because I saw a mistake 🙈 I think we just witnessed how we can come off as too blunt when trying to use TE online 😅 sorry for that! But I wanted to add most of it was correct! So what I tried was to add my experience (connected to the theory) to the accurate information of the video! That was very well done! 👏👏 Keep up the good work! 💐😊

I totally agreee that we need to maintain touch with people in order to avoid depression and we tend to supress our feelings a lot! I do struggle with the same
