Hey you beautiful ENFPs! I'd love to hear what career paths and environments you've found to be a good fit for you. Please share what's allowed you to THRIVE!

I'm an ENFP and have gone through many different career paths, from IT systems diagnostics, to sales, to consulting, to accounting and office manager, to Business Analyst (my current job). But I'm starting to get bored again lol Now I'm thinking of either developing my skills in coding and become a programmer, as I like the creation aspect of my work (building a new report for instance), while I really dislike anything repetitive. Or go into a completely new direction, namely something psychologie and/or philosophy related, which would require significantly more time and effort, as it's a complete career change (knowing myself this might not be a wise choice). It might come as no surprise that I'm highly empathic and a natural at reiki as well. So I'm further developing these skills and want to do something on the side with it. Looking back it almost seems like I have ADHD, which I do not have haha

My Boyfriend ist an ENFP, I am INTJ. We are musicians and he is like a fish in fresh water when he brings other musicians together in the studio. Plus he trusts the people he delegates design and organization to and brings out the best of all.

Such a great way of using his strengths, @Kalice. Also curious: what do YOU think makes the INTJ/ENFP partnership work? I hear about this relationships pairing ALL THE TIME!

@@CarolineAdamsCoaching Like you said in your video, I admire and kind of need his encouraging inspiration and how open and warm he is with other people. And he enjoys my thoughtful, structured, but free minded contributions.

Hey, @Tribal BOSS. ENFPs can thrive in so many careers! Your ability to radiate positive energy, communicate with anyone, and pick up on subtle shifts with your patients are such great assets, esp when taking care of people who might be struggling. I’d also urge you to set good boundaries as with any caretaking role, it can become all-consuming. Now, will you enjoy the duties? That is for you to determine. I invite you to come back and let us know!
