I’m currently at 63-64kg and 166cm and I’m only 15, I feel so fat and I find it soooo hard to lose weight, I wanna drop down to at least 48-50kg. So I’m gonna try this diet and workout for 1h a day for maybe 9-14 days.

Please don’t rush yourself that way, start setting smaller goals each week, like 1.5 kg per week so you can start improving your lifestyle and eating habits. It’s not the same thing loosing weight than loosing fat (focus on the last one), I wish you the best luck!

if you want to lose weight permanently you should make lifestyle changes. These diets are know to give you an up and down weight. you should only do this kind of diet when you want to lose weight fast for a photoshoot of wedding.. if you want to lose weight healthly make lifestyle changes. Go to the gym 4x a week, eat less calories, and eat healthy. don't be reckless, bcus you willg ain the weight immediatly after this diet again :(

This is an easy diet which I think I can follow, I used to weight 45kg but then I gained alot in these few months lol currently weighting 55kg..... I gained 10 kg OMG!!!! I am also gonna show this diet to my mom so THANK YOU!!!! I WILL FOLLOW IT!

Gonna try this😍 Day 2 of doing this diet today. Feel so full. Had to eat only one hard boiled egg this morning. Day 5: feeling more lightweight and didnt feel hungry much while doing this Day 6: muscle soreness in the morning bcs of workout yesterday. Gonna adding more whey protein intake tomorrow

I don’t know if I can even have the energy to treadmill with that food. I was 59kg and went down to 54kg in 3months of intermittent diet. It was unintended diet. I was busy at work and only have time to eat twice a day. After I resigned, I gained my weight back. I am 165cm in height and my BMI is normal.

i have tried egg diet, where you eat 3 eggs+aplle for breakfast and the same for the rest two meals. I gained back the weight immeadietly after having lost the weight
I think instead of so many eggs it will work well some canned tuna. It has a lot of protein and almost no fat. And some veggies to go along with it. They have lots of fibre, nutrients and very low on calories. The more nutritious a meal is the fuller and satisfied you feel 😉

48kg is way too low for your height! Please don't lose that much weight. According to your height, 51 kg is the absolute lowest number before being underweight. Please please reconsider your goals. Actually, your weight right now is fine! I wouldn't recommend losing more than 2-3kg. Instead you could try weight training to lose body fat and gain muscle. That way you look leaner but can still be at a healthy weight. It's really not cool to be underweight, I'm worried for your health. Please be cautious.

It's actually really dangerous to eat like that and exercising that intensely. You will not only break down fat but also muscle. It's better to just stick to a healthy diet and calorie deficit

예진 저도 못 지킨날은 망했다하고 먹은 적 많아요ㅠㅠㅠ 요즘은 어찌 어찌 잘 참는편인데.. 저는 주로 먹방영상을 보면서 참거나 아니면 오늘 너무 많이 먹었다고 하면 망했다고 생각안하고 그냥 훌훌 털어버려요! 안 그럼 폭식이 다음날까지 이어져서 그 폭식했을때에 우울한 기분? ‘또 폭식했네ㅠ 내가 그렇지 뭐.. 아 어떡해애ㅠㅠㅠ’ 이거를 털어버리려고 노력했어요!😭🙏🏼

저도 폭식 단식 병행하다가 그냥 2달동안 맘편히 먹고 요요맞았는데요 ㅜ ㅜ 그래도 질릴때까지 먹고나니까 먹는거에 대한 미련이 사라지면서 먹고나면 어쩔수없이 후회가 뒤따른 다는걸 알게되니까 먹는것이 곧 행복이아니라는걸 깨닫게 됐어요 생각해보면 운동은 할땐 힘들어도 하고나서 후회할일이 없는 유일한 행동중 하나잖아요 ! 그냥 새해목표를 "후회할짓하지않기"로 정해놓으니까 식욕이 터져도 후회할걸 알게되서 안먹게되더라고요 !! 후회없는 식사 ! 후회없는 순간순간을 보내세요 ~~

jiselle I’d do tofu..just check how much cals is one egg and have the same amount of cals per tofu instead (I think 1egg is cca 100 cals and natural tofu is cca 100cals per 100g (don’t quote me on that)

Anonymous Ana Avocado or a chia pudding might be a good idea instead of eggs or soy. They’re some my favorite foods since they’re satisfying from healthy fats.

dont fast, just workout and be in a caloric deficit. Use a tdeecalculator to figure out your daily caloric need, use myfitnesspal to log the food you eat, hope this helps

@@desideriaalex Yes, it definitely is a lifestyle instead of a DIEt! An easier method would be figure out what you want to eat everyday, stick to eating the same thing and decrease calories from it over time once you've stopped losing weight! I hope your progress is going well!

If you want to loose weight healthily I would suggest to reduce your calorie intake but not too much. Keep it between 1,200-1,700. - drink 2l water - eat fruit and vegetable - exercise 30-60minutes 3-4 times a week - don’t stress and get plenty of sleep - eat protein and healthy foods.(portion control) Hope it helps x
