I'm with Sean, the more clotted cream the better!! LOL. I have never been to the UK, but I did go to a tea service here in Florida once. It was nice, but the tea service you had looks so amazing. And those scones look nothing like what I have had here in the US. And the rest of the food and desserts looked so good. Wish I could just fly to the UK and invite you both out to have tea. As always I very much enjoyed the content. Thank you for sharing.

So the cream tea debate......... Devon lays claim to it's invention, apparently the first ones were served at Tavistock Abbey in the 11th century. They put cream first (as it's dairy, it's considered the 'Butter ') and then jam on top. I live in Devon myself and have done for 37 years and that's the way I see most people eating it. In Cornwall, they put jam first so the cream doesn't melt on the warm scone. There's no right or wrong way really, unless you're in Devon or Cornwall. I hope this helps! Best wishes to you both. Sean, here in America we pronounce “Salmon” slightly differently. We drop the “l” and sort of pretend that there are two letter “m”s together: Sammon. Weird, I know! And as a frequent visitor to the U.K., we don’t pronounce the “h” in Herb, but the British do!!

한국 러쉬 가면 미소가 환한 E분들 때문에 조금 정신이 혼미해질 때도 있고 그런데 영국에서는 너무 잔잔하네요 ㅋㅋ 저런 컨설테이션 받으면 자연스럽게 구매 욕구가 차올라 억제하기 힘들듯 싶어요. 근데 poem pills 너무 좋은 생각인 것 같고 의미 있는 선물이 될 것 같아요. 런던 가면 들러봐야겠어요. 애프터눈티 마지막으로 먹은게 방콕에서였는데 영상을 보니 다시 가고 싶어져요. 저 정도 크림은 포장해달라고 해야 할듯요...ㅋㅋㅋ
