This is a prequel to the treasure storyline, so before they were a team, and what they were dreaming of back then, Probably why the classroom set up, as they were all younger and of school age. I don't think they are talking about a girl here , but about friendship and dreams. ( my therory anyway) if you want to know a bit more , they have a short Film called Diary , it does explain few things.

you have to watch the diary film they released prior to the music video to get context for the mv ! also the song may sound and look like a love song, but if you watch the diary film then you’ll understand what they’re longing for ! for example; seonghwa longs for courage, yunho longs for his lost brother, wooyoung longs for confidence, yeosang longs for freedom, etc... ateez have a very complex storyline with multiple dimensions that they travel through, so this is one of the dimensions where they’re younger in their school days.
