이번 루틴의 가장 포인트는,,, 매일 똑같은 시간에 운동가기!
프리랜서는 출퇴근이 없다는게 가장 큰 장점이자 단점이잖아요
그래서 저는 운동으로 퇴근시간을 정해버렸어요! ㅋㅋ
이렇게 퇴근시간을 정해두니 일도 더 효율적으로 하게 되더라구요
몸이 건강해지는건 덤💛

So I set the time to leave work out! LOL
I've decided to leave the office like this, and now I'm working more efficiently.

I'm honestly really happy when I find a Korean youtuber who promotes fitness but doesn't restrict themselves to eating much (of course too much is bad and some foods can only be taken in small amounts) it's such a confidence boost to know someone can still be pretty and confident without having to risk themselves. ❤ love love
