I'm from India (The land of vegans and vegetarians) and I've been vegetarian all my life cause of my family beliefs and religion. But trust me knowing a lot about nutrition, I can say that some amount of meat like eggs, chicken, fish are actually healthy for your health (hair+ skin) because they contain some vitamins that are not easily found in vegetarian or vegan diets. Especially B vitamins and Omega fatty acids. Along with that meat has major amount of protein as compared to veg/ vegan diets. But if you're somebody who is totally into cruelty free eating, go ahead, go vegan. Yes vegetarian / vegan food is very delicious. ❤️

*CLEAR SKIN* 1. Wash your face twice a day. 2. Use a mild cleanser. 3.Aply an acne-fighting agent. ( skip it if you're allergic to it. ) 4. Apply a moisturizer. 5. Exfoliate. For chemical exfoliants, like masks or lotions, aim for once or twice a week. For physical exfoliants, like scrubs or brushes, aim for three or four times a week. 6. Get plenty of sleep. 7. Choose makeup that won't clog your pores. 8. Don't pick at your skin. ( It’s really, really hard not to pick at a zit. But, for the health of your skin, it’s important to resist. Picking or popping a zit exposes the pore to even more bacteria, including those from your hands. It also increases the risk of infection or scarring. If you have a pimple that really hurts, see a dermatologist. They can perform specialized treatments to safely get rid of the pimple while also minimizing the risk of infection. ) 9. Go easy on the sugar. 10. Don't smoke.. 11. not last but least, REALX!^^ _BONUS :_ When it comes to clear skin, pay attention to what you put on your face like cleansers, moisturizers, and makeup and what you don’t like unwanted bacteria from your fingers or dirty brushes and sponges. Focusing on certain lifestyle factors, like quality sleep, a healthy diet, and stress management, can make a difference to your skin too. If you’ve tried several types of treatments for your acne and nothing works, make an appointment with a dermatologist. They may prescribe treatments like antibiotics or prescription medications to help clear your skin. GOOD LUCK :)) 초보자를위한 정말 좋은 스킨 케어 영상~!

Well, about the sensitivity I’d recommend to don’t even think about scrubbing. P.S my skin type is combination & actually those are all tips I manipulate.

hi leah! i really loved how raw and unfiltered this was, and i loved your point about the fact that too many products have caused you to break out and intuitive eating!! however, using rose hip oil as a moisturizer just isn’t enough. i understand that you find it’s suited for your skin, but you will need more than an oil to lock everything in, and a moisturizer is an essential. Furthermore, using a moisturizer will help to hydrate and moisturize your skin, so that it won’t dry out, which will lead to an overproduction of oil and then more pimples and breakouts, and it will help in the overall health of your skin and how it ages. Also, the bits of charcoal that exfoliate your skin can be too rough as it is a physical exfoliant and may damage your skin barrier, so i would highly reccomend looking for a chemical or even peeling gel exfoliant instead, especially since acne prone skin tends to have a compromised skin barrier. if you are worried about these products breaking you out as you mentioned, look for products that have a short ingredient list, fragrance free or less frangrance and essential oils if your skin is sensitive towards that, and there are many videos online that will help with that. Additionally, if you are scared about the fact that the cream you are using may clog your pores, go for a gel, lightweight or water based moisturizer. if you end up actually seeing this comment, to assist you and find products for your skin, check out the youtubers Lab Muffin Beauty Science, James Welsh, Beauty Within, Hyram, Susan Yara and Dr Dray. Lastly, if you have any concerns about products, check out a website called incidecoder, or if you want to ask people questions about skin concerns or products, a great site for this is Skincare Junkie❤️

Loved the video, editing style, did not expect you to go this deep on a skincare routine video, but I'm thankful you did, eating plant-based food and being vegan are different things for sure. I also noticed a lot of improvement in my skin after going vegan, no more cystic acne, better in general, but living knowing that no animal had to suffer so I could be fed means a lot to me. Sometimes just by being yourself and living your life, you can already set an example that it is possible to be vegan. Thanks for your video. Love.

Im not gonna lie, this is the first ever Skin Care Routine + Acne Journey that I've ever watched without skipping or exiting instantly once i've known what products you used. I'm definitely inlove, and thank you for this. You're gorgeous btw♡

As the time passed by, your hormones got balanced and with the application of good products, with proper diet, exercise, and hydration, your skin has become your best version.

I rewatched this so many times because it’s so soothing. I have been battling acne since 10th grade, until now, and now i’m pushing 40! 😅 after watching this, i too gather my courage and go vegan, its my 3rd week, and i feel optimistic. Even though i’m afraid nothing will change my skin condition, but i have high hope..🙏🏻

Bruh just subbed after watching some of your vids! I'm also a small chested asian gurl and I cant seem to be comfy with it. However seeing you strut it and even being confident as to not wear a bra to enhance is giving me life. And also not shaving armpit hair!!! I found my soulmate ❤️ Trying to love myself everyday and accepting all my flaws. Hope I knew about your channel sooner!

I had bad acne too, on my face, forehead, neck and even chest. I felt awful and insecure. During that time, my diet was awful I ate sugary foods, refined carbs and fizzy drinks. Around last year, I changed my lifestyle. I completey cut out white sugar and refined carbs from my diet permanently and substituted it for brown sugar, whole wheat. My acne started fading away, and even those spots that I thought would leave a scar. Use minimal makeup products. 2 products I use on a daily basis worked like a miracle: chickpea powder paste and rosehip oil... i swear, it dis wonders to my skin as opposed to the allopathic treatment I used which was salicylic acid thst flared up my neck and chest acne. So for those of you looking for a way to clear up skin, Go natural, stay hydrated, use minimal products and cut out sugars, it'll do wonders
