Today's video is a strawberry muffin recipe that I strongly recommend.
Instead of sugar, it's zero calorie replacement sugar substitute sugar.
vegetable oil instead of butter,
Oligosaccharide strawberry jam made in the last video,
nutritious full of nuts.

* Oven temperature
1. Basic muffins - (after preheating 170 degrees(388F) for 10 minutes) approximately 15 minutes at 170 degrees.
2. Basic muffins + strawberry topping- (after preheating 170 degrees for 10 minutes) 170 degrees for approximately 19 minutes.
*Recipe
1. cake flour-110g
2. 60g of grape seed oil (other vegetable oil.)
3. Sugar substitute sugar ( Monk fruit)-1Tsp(30g for sugar)
4. 1 Eggs
5. milk-3Tsp
6.Baking Powder--1tsp
7.Salt-1g
8. Strawberry jam (Oligosaccharide) - 80g (useing market jam 60g)
9. Strawberry toppings-about 5-6 pieces
* Decorative materials
1. Sugar Powder
2. Iceing (6 muffins - 25g of sugar powder + 1 teaspoon of water)
3. Whipping cream spray
*Muffintle Size-6 Sphere
7cm in diameter and 3.5cm in height
*Four muffin cups
8cm in diameter and 4cm in height
