Full subtitles from video: "Hello everyone. Cornell university professor Dr. Colin Campbell conducted a study. He aimed to improve nutrition problem in underdeveloped countries in 1960s. So he went to Philippines and China for related research. He saw poor sanitation and severe malnutrition problem there. As he saw children suffering from severe malnutrition. And he assumed that protein is the key in that situation. There he ran into something unexpected. Children who suffered from both insanitation and malnutrition rather had lower risk of liver cancer. While those who eat well and live well suffered higher risk of liver cancer. So he conducted a study with mice. There is a carcinogen named Alfatoxin. It was generally assumed that this Aflatoxin leads to liver cancer when it gets into the body. So he divided mice into two groups. One group was fed with lots of protein while the other group was fed with protein less than 5%. The group fed with protein 20% or more contracted cancer regardless of Aflatoxin, the carcinogen. And mice fed with protein less than 5% didn't get cancer regardless of carcinogen. What this implies is this: We don't automatically get cancer when carcinogen enters our body. According to Dr. Campbell's study, when protein is overconsumed, cancer can develop regardless of the existence of carcinogen. And low consumption of protein lowers cancer rates regardless of carcinogen. When we see modern diet pattern among people, people eat lots of meat. Modern nutrition experts recommend eating more than 25-30% of meat. Without changing such diet, we can't conquer cancer. This problem isn't limited to protein. Researches show that overconsumed fat can lead to cancer. While these studies were presented 40-50 years ago, how come many people don't pay attention to this fact? Probably because they haven't tried to get rid of the root cause of disease. They rather have focused on solving the symptoms and problems caused by the disease. So they haven't had time or chance to study and analyze the root cause beneath such matters. So in case of coming down with a certain type of cancer, take a good look at what you eat and remember these things."

From everything I've read and seen on this question, the consensus is that its ok to have coffee in moderation. Maybe a cup or two at the most per day. Not medical advice.
