Main Ingredients
Tomato 3ea
Mozzarella cheese 600g
Sub Ingredients
Fresh basil some
Dried basil 1/2 Tablespoon
Seasoning
Sea salt some
Extra virgin Olive oil 5-6 Tablespoons
Honey 1/2 Tablespoon
Plate 1
1 Add 6 tablespoons of balsamic sauce and half tbs of honey to the pot.
2 Put the saucepan over medium low heat. Once it starts to boil, turn off the heat in 30
seconds
3 Cut the tomato into 8 pcs but don't cut it to the end
4 Cut the mozzarella cheese into triangles, and sandwich them between tomato cuts .
4 Sprinkle just a pinch of salt slightly and extra virgin olive oil moderately
5 Tear fresh basil up and sprinkle it around tomato.
6 Just add a tablespoon of balsamic and honey sauce on the tomato.

1 Add only half a tablespoon of dried basil in the sauce we made earlier and just boil
for 10 sec.
2 Slice two tomatoes
3 Lay tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in turn
4 Sprinkle salt and extra virgin olive oil moderately
5 And sprinkle with cooked sauce.
Tip: When you don’t have a balsamic sauce, please use the soy sauce recipe to
