It is kinda bitter-sour when young and becomes sweet-sour when it ripens. It is really healthy and beneficial for your hair and skin and also provide vitamin C😁

Ohhhh my god..it feels so good as an Indian to see them eating Amla. I remember my mother used to force me to eat this fruit every morning . Bcoz it helped with better thicker hair and clear skin. No skincare needed after that. This fruit is even sometimes used in shampoos in India. It makes hair growth thicker..No gonna lie when I say it didn't work. It did but it was torture every morning 🤣 after a while you get used to the taste.
