Ingredients
300g bamboo shoots, thinly sliced, blanched in salt water
1t salt
1sprig leek, sliced
1/2 garlic, minced
2t clear soy sauce
2T water
2T perilla powder, hulled
1/2T sesame oil
2t sesame seeds
1T cooking oil
Preparation
1. In a pan, drizzle cooking oil, and add garlic and leek to cook. Then, add the bamboo shoots and continue to cook.
2. Season with clear soy sauce and sprinkle some perilla powder on top. Enjoy!!
